- What happens to our shoppers’ photos?
- Proova is built to process the photo in memory only — it is never written to our storage. This has passed an independent security and data-protection review for our current photo-processing endpoints, with all findings addressed. Our image-generation provider may retain requests for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, and does not use them for training.
- What do you do about sizing?
- We recommend a size for each shopper by matching their measurements against your size chart. It is not a body scan or a biometric measurement, and it does not simulate fabric — it is a recommendation, not a fit guarantee.
- What do we need to set up, and are you ready for us?
- Nothing on your side. You choose ten products; we build them into our own demo app and show your team the results on a screen-share call. No developer time, no integration, and nothing touches your live site, stock or checkout.
- When will this be on the App Store, or on Android?
- We are in internal TestFlight on iOS today. A public App Store release and an Android version follow once pilot results confirm the approach — we would rather ship it right than ship it early.
